The Cobra Sport High Flow Sports Catalyst is made of high quality 304 stainless steel and TIG welded for a superior quality finish. This quality should mean you have an easy time installing the downpipe with it being a direct bolt-on part with the correct brackets already fitted.
Using a sports cat downpipe on your turbocharged MINI Cooper S or JCW will help improve airflow from your turbo due to the less restricting catalyst. This will help increase power and torque slightly whilst also helping improve that sporty tone.
This upgrade will cause your MINI Cooper S or JCW’s EML light to come on if you do not have a remap. Choose a Lohen remap will adjust your ECU settings for the new emissions and remove this light.
