Evans Waterless Coolant Change
The Performance Coolant Change is ideal for track, race and those producing high horse power numbers from their MINI. Following draining of the old coolant, the cooling system is flushed using the the Evans Prep Fluid which absorbs any remaining water from the coolant system and removes dirt and scale that may have originally built up. The Prep Fluid is then drained and the Evans Waterless Power Cool 180 Coolant bled through the cooling system.
The Evans Waterless Coolant also helps to reduce corrosion as it is water-free helping to prolong the life of the cooling system.
Power Cool 180 generates 75% less vapour than water-based coolants which will significantly reduce pressure on gaskets and seals. This is particularly relevant in the case of the MINI which can suffer from coolant bottle filler cap failure leading to loss of fluid and engine damage.
