The MINI K&N Short Ram Typhoon® Air Intake System is a free-flowing mandrel-bent aluminum tube induction kit designed for performance and show. The mandrel-bent intake tube has been designed for smooth laminar flow, providing impressive airflow capability and will increase the horsepower and torque of your MINI R50. The kit comes with an oversized High-Flow conical performance air filter designed to provide increased surface area and dust capacity.
The extra surface area of the filter provides even more airflow at lower restriction than a standard K&N O/E replacement filter. The oversize air filter features an oil-impregnated, cotton-gauze/screen construction, which also captures more dirt increasing the service life before cleaning, is required (up to 100,000 miles) This kit comes with a choice of polished silver or a polished red finish.
