Lohen Audison R56 Gen 2 MINI Audio Upgrade Package

If you’re looking to completely transform the sound quality in your MINI Gen 2 Lohen’s Audison audio package offers a dramatic step up from the factory system. Designed specifically for Generation 2 MINIs, this upgrade delivers deep, rich bass, improved midrange definition, and crystal-clear treble for a warmer, more immersive listening experience.

At the heart of the kit is the Audison Forza AF C8.14bit 8-channel amplifier. When installed at Lohen, the system benefits from a bespoke audio tune using Audison’s advanced DSP (Digital Signal Processing), optimising time alignment, crossover points, and EQ for your MINI’s cabin acoustics. This ensures precise sound staging, balanced frequency response, and vastly improved clarity over the stock system.

For maximum results, we recommend fitting Skinz sound-deadening sheets to the doors and rear quarter panels — around 8 sheets are required. This additional treatment lowers cabin resonance and further enhances low frequency performance.

Installation is straightforward thanks to plug-and-play wiring adapters, with all speakers designed to slot into the OEM locations or supplied with the necessary adaptors to ensure ease of fitment.  If you’re confident with removing door cards and rear quarter panels, DIY installation is achievable; otherwise, professional fitting at Lohen ensures perfect integration.
