Lohen Lightweight Alternator Pulley - MINI R53 Gen 1 Cooper S, JCW & GP
The Lohen Alternator Pulley fits the R53 and R52 MINI Cooper S (gen 1) or JCW. This custom-made lightweight 7075 aluminium piece is specifically designed for the MINI COOPER S / JCW W11 engine and is machined in house from a solid block of aluminium which allows us to use state of the art computer-controlled equipment to achieve precision tolerances.
Being made from high grade 7075 aluminium, this alternator pulley is only 101g, a massive 69% lighter than the stock MINI Cooper S alternator pulley providing a significant reduction in unsprung mass on your W11 engine.
The pulley is available in 2 sizes; standard and 5% larger. The larger size is designed to correct alternator rotational speed when installing a smaller supercharger pulley and/or larger crank pulley. Making the 5% larger a great addition when changing either of these.
Finally, Lohen has taken special care to provide a perfect finish with 5 anodised colour choices to match any MINI colour scheme.
