Safety Devices Bolt-in Roll Cage with Cross section and harness bar for MINI R50/R53

A bolt-in roll cage manufactured by Safety Devices to the same specification as used in the MINI John Cooper Challenge. The full cage with cross door bars is Motorsport UK and FIA homologated. 

The cage is available in 2 different specifications:

Specification 1 - rear section only
Rear Cage only
All Mounting Hardware

Specification 2 - Full cage
Front Cage
Rear Cage with cross diagnonal and harness bar
Cross Diagonal Door Bars (Left & Right)
All Mounting Hardware


The Safety Devices roll cages are designed for MINI Generation 1 hatch modesl and will not fit convertible MINI's. The cage is suitable for R50 One and Cooper and also R53 Cooper S, JCW and GP.

The front cage will clear the dashboard, rear cages (both single and cross diagonal) will require rear quarter panel trim modification. With cross diagonal door bars the door trim will require modification or a Lohen door card can be fitted. 

When selecting the dual door bar configuration please note that the standard MINI seat will not fit and racing seats are required.

The cage is supplied in matt black but any colour can be supplied, please contact us for price options and lead times.
