If you want to maximise airflow Lohen recommend porting the head at the same time as enlarging the valves.
These exhaust valves are 2.3mm larger than standard so it is important to note OEM retainers cannot be used when installing these Supertech valves.
Once these are installed, a remap will not be required to drive your MINI but it is recommended to get the most from the new valves.
